In college I enrolled in the (registered nursing) RN program. Since then, I have had a family, worked in a library and love to research. Starting 25 years ago my body was so stressed I began having issues. During the next 10 years, I was told by doctors there was nothing they could do so I found alternative methods to heal and want to share with others.

Stressless Club

Learn about alternative methods to reduce stress and stimulate your body to heal. This is a group to share success stories.

We meet in person every 1st and 3rdTuesday evening at 7 pm. We meet online the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays by zoom. Meetings are recorded for you.
